I've always been interested in aviation. As a boy, I worked at the local airport. In 1985 a pilot friend, Kent Blackett, introduced me to helicopters. I got my commercial and instrument licenses in helicopters as well as airplanes, and got my instructor rating to teach VFR and IFR helicopter flying.
These days I take my camera with me everywhere and find quite a few a few subjects to photograph.
